Stained Glass Turkey
Description: For this art project, we took a brown piece of construction paper, a thick roll of tape, a thin roll of tape, and paint. First, we marked off the turkey's head with the thick piece of tape. Then, we marked off all the feathers with the thick piece of tape one way and the thin pieces of tape the other way. After everything is tapped off we painted the feathers by mixing the paint. It was required to have cool and warm colors and a tint. Extension Activity: An extension activity for this project could be writing on each feather something the student is thankful for. This would help students realize the amazing things in their lives.
